SMS Consent and Mobile Information

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, consent timestamp, consent source, and any record showing that you agreed to receive text messages from Digital Shaheens.

SMS consent is collected only through an optional opt-in process. Transactional or service-related text messages and promotional text messages use separate optional consent choices. These choices are not preselected and consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of booking a call with Digital Shaheens.

We may share mobile information and SMS consent records only with service providers, telecommunications providers, messaging aggregators, CRM providers, compliance reviewers, or other vendors strictly as necessary to deliver, document, support, or audit SMS communications requested by you. Those providers are not permitted to use SMS consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

To protect the rights, property, and security of Digital Shaheens, our clients, our employees, and other users, we may also share information with other companies and organizations (including law enforcement) to prevent fraud and other risks.

MCP Server Privacy

Digital Shaheens operates a public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for TikTok Shop profit calculations at https://digitalshaheens.com/mcp. This section explains how the MCP server handles data:

• No personal data collection: The MCP server processes only calculation inputs (numbers like selling price, costs, and commission rates). It does not collect, store, or process any personal information, names, email addresses, or identifiable data.
• No user accounts: The MCP server requires no authentication, login, or user accounts. It is a public, stateless calculation service.
• Request logs: Standard Vercel request logs (IP addresses, timestamps, request paths) are retained as part of Vercel's infrastructure logging. These logs are not used for marketing, profiling, or tracking individuals.
• No data storage: Calculation results are returned immediately and not stored. The server maintains no database or persistent storage of user inputs or outputs.
• Rate limiting: Simple in-memory rate limiting (100 requests per hour per IP) is applied to prevent abuse. Rate limit records are ephemeral and reset automatically.

The MCP server is designed for use by AI assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients) to perform TikTok Shop profitability calculations. Users of those AI assistants should refer to the privacy policies of their respective AI providers to understand how those services handle data.

Usage of outbound links

Digital Shaheens websites may include links that lead to other websites, which are controlled by parties not related or connected to us. After clicking an outbound link, we lose any control over the collection, storage, or processing of your personal data on those websites.
