A payout history that says "paid," no money in your bank, and a support ticket that keeps getting closed. If the bank details on the account also look different from what you set up, you are not dealing with a slow payout. You are dealing with money that may have gone to someone else, and the order you do things in matters.
Before you assume the worst, check three things. They take ten minutes and they also make your later case stronger.
If all three look fine and payments marked paid still have not arrived after your bank's normal processing time, move on.
Only the owner account can change payout bank details. So an unexpected change means one of three things: your owner login was accessed, someone you gave access to acted outside what you expected, or you changed it and forgot. Rule out the last one honestly, then treat the first two as a security incident.
The bank statements are the strongest piece. The payout history says what TikTok thinks it did. Your bank says what actually arrived.
Open one ticket and keep every follow-up on that same case so the history stays together. Say it in the first sentence in plain words: the payout bank account on the shop was changed without my authorization and payouts marked paid did not reach my bank. Then attach the packet and give the date range and total. Skip the long story.
We cannot promise how TikTok routes or prioritizes these tickets. What you control is that the facts are clear and the evidence is complete. If the case is closed without a real answer, reply on the same case asking for a human review of the unauthorized change and keep your own log of every date you contacted them.
Ask your bank whether the missing deposits need to be flagged, and keep their written confirmation. If funds were taken through fraud, you may also want to file a report with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center or local police. A report number can help when you escalate with TikTok or your bank.
If your payout is simply delayed or held rather than missing, see our guides on TikTok Shop payouts and settlement and frozen commissions. If your verification details are what need fixing, our KYC and compliance service covers that.
TikTok Shop Academy says only the shop owner can add or update the bank account used for payouts. An unexplained change calls for a review of owner-level access and active sessions, followed by investigation with TikTok.
TikTok Shop Academy says payouts already processing still go to the old account and future payouts go to the new primary account. That detail matters when you work out which payments went where.
Settlement timing depends on your tier, and TikTok says a payout can take 1 to 3 business days to reach your bank after it is initiated. A payout that has shown as paid for weeks is not a normal delay.
No. TikTok says the account holder name must match the name used at onboarding, and corporate sellers must use company bank accounts. A mismatch makes linking or payouts fail.
